DiiS in Partnership with FutureCare

We are proud to present our new System Visibility Report – Live 31 July 2025

From hospital front door to long-term care, this new DiiS report, developed in partnership with FutureCare, provides success measures across the Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) System in Dorset.

System Visibility aims to provide:

Access to a single point of truth to track system-wide indicators, increasing partner access and visibility, where organisations often work on different platforms.

Indications of root causes and drivers that create challenges within services.

Filtering, for example by service and by patient pathway, to support further root causing of high level challenges.

A Dorset overall picture of flow and capacity through the UEC system referring to key information like No Criteria to Reside and Length of Stay.
