On 22 April 2025, Rob and Chloe proudly represented the Dorset Intelligence and Insight Service (DiiS) at the Transforming Health and Care Together event in Hamworthy, held in partnership with the Dorset Voluntary and Community Sector Assembly.

The event brought together a wide range of voluntary, community, and system partners to share current and future programmes of work aimed at improving health and care outcomes across Dorset. It provided a valuable platform to showcase how data-driven insight is supporting Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, shaping initiatives like FutureCare, and enabling evidence-based decision-making at every level of the system.

As well as presenting our work, we were delighted to connect with others in the room—sparking conversations about collaboration, innovation, and the role of intelligence in delivering joined-up, person-centred care.

We made some great new connections and look forward to building on these relationships as we continue to support transformation across the system.
