Members of Dorset Intelligence & Insight Service (DiiS) were delighted to attend the 2025 Health Service Journal Awards alongside colleagues from the NHS Dorset Population Health Management Team and Digital Access to Services at Home.

🌟 We were even more delighted to receive the Data Driven Transformation Award for turning data into action, using population health management to improve population health and reduce health inequalities in hypertension management.
