{"id":1698,"date":"2025-05-06T10:13:54","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T09:13:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ourdorset.org.uk\/diis\/?p=1698"},"modified":"2025-05-06T10:17:03","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T09:17:03","slug":"transforming-health-and-care-together-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ourdorset.org.uk\/diis\/transforming-health-and-care-together-event\/","title":{"rendered":"Transforming Health and Care Together Event"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\">On 22 April 2025, Rob and Chloe proudly represented the Dorset Intelligence and Insight Service (DiiS) at the <em>Transforming Health and Care Together<\/em> event in Hamworthy, held in partnership with the Dorset Voluntary and Community Sector Assembly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The event brought together a wide range of voluntary, community, and system partners to share current and future programmes of work aimed at improving health and care outcomes across Dorset.
