This year\u2019s theme \u2018Know your rights, use your rights\u2019 is a vital reminder that carers should feel informed, empowered and confident in accessing the support they are entitled to.<\/p>\n

Yet many carers still find that their own health and wellbeing takes a backseat.<\/p>\n

At Dorset Intelligence & Insight Service (DiiS)<\/a> we have been working with partners across Dorset to uncover hidden carers and targeting support.<\/p>\n

Through improved coding, data-driven insights and collaborative action, registered carers in Dorset have increased from 5,000 in 2018 to 21,000 in 2025 enabling truly targeted intervention.<\/p>\n

We’re excited to be sharing this work at the HACA – Health and Care Analytics Conference<\/a> next month. Here’s a sneak peak of our poster ahead of the event.<\/p>\n
