The first event for Walking into Wellness. Cost free, scenic, sociable and rejuvenating walks designed to give carers a break and to alleviate stress and anxiety.
The gentle nature walk will finished with complimentary refreshments of tea and cake and the Hiker Cafe, and a chat in the company of others.
Following the launch event, walks will run twice a month until Autumn, whereupon they will become once a month.
