DESCRIPTION:We will be holding a free event for carers\, with opportunities for you find out about services to support you in your caring role\, and to take part in workshops to help you relax and unwind. \nCarers must be registered with CRISP in order to attend. \nThere are three workshops (the workshops are for carers only): \n10.30am – 11.30am – Gentle Stretching Exercises with Relaxation – a seated workshop with Cindy Perry\n12.45pm – 1.45pm – Art for Wellbeing – with Linda Rowe (Resources will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own\n2.00pm – 3.00pm – Coping with Stress – a seated workshop with Sharon Bull \nRefreshments will be available\, and an individually wrapped lunch will be provided from 12.45pm. There is plenty of free parking available onsite. \nBooking for the event and the workshops is essential. Unfortunately\, if you have not booked in advance\, you will be unable to attend. Please call the Carer Support Service on 01202 128787. This does not count towards your bookable social events\, and you can call anytime to book.
