We are the Our Dorset Transformation Team. We help to plan and manage projects from start to finish, working with system and regional partners to meet the health and care needs of people in Dorset.
We help to lead, co-write and support the development of Integrated Care System (ICS) bids, and find them the most appropriate funding.
Our aim is to bring long-lasting, positive changes to health and care services that will benefit everyone in Dorset.
