The Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO) team role is to support the delivery of portfolios, programmes, and projects across Dorset.

The SPMO provides a range of services and support to teams and individuals conducting portfolio, programme and project management across Our Dorset. This includes:

SPMO – Service offer:

  • ICS strategic support: portfolio planning, co-ordination, and management

  • ICS delivery support: ICS transformation support and tool delivery (including Celoxis)

  • ICS Centre of Excellence: training coaching and mentoring (PM Lite and Good CoP), standards and knowledge management
