We would like to invite you to attend our Benefits Management training to develop your skills in moving beyond activity and outputs, and focus on delivering real, measurable benefits.

This training will give you the confidence, clarity, and practical tools to manage benefits effectively, guided by the Benefits Management Framework.

By the end of the session, you will understand:

  • Core Benefits Management concepts
Gain a clear, practical understanding of benefits management, including benefit owners, categorisation, and realisation and why these matter in practice, not just on paper
  • How to baseline, monitor and measure benefits effectively
Develop the skills to track benefits, understand performance against baselines, and evidence progress in a meaningful way
  • Which tools and templates to use
Become confident using the approved tools and templates that support effective and proportionate benefits management
  • How to transition benefits into business as usual
Understand the importance of transitioning ownership to BAU and how to sustain and grow benefits beyond project delivery.
