The course focuses on equipping participants with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully deliver projects and drive transformation across the health and social care system.

💡 About PM Lite
PM Lite is an introductory course developed by experienced professionals from across Our Dorset. It’s designed for staff working in health and social care who are involved in delivering projects or transformation programmes.
The course is built around the Project Management Competency Framework, which outlines twelve core competencies that project professionals across Our Dorset should aim to develop. Each competency includes descriptions of the behaviours, skills and knowledge expected at different levels.
🧭 Before You Start
We ask all participants to complete the self-assessment tool ahead of the course. This will help you reflect on your current strengths, identify areas for development, and tailor your learning to your role and organisation.

The course is open to all staff across the Our Dorset system.
