What is PM Lite?

PM Lite PM Lite is an introductory course designed for those new to project management or looking to refresh their skills. Crafted by seasoned experts from ‘Our Dorset,’ this training provides essential tools and knowledge for anyone involved in health and social care projects or transformations across the system. It is open to all staff within ‘Our Dorset.’

Why Choose PM Lite?

PM Lite PM Lite aligns with the Project Management Competency Framework, featuring twelve key competencies that project professionals within ‘Our Dorset’ should aim to achieve. Each competency outlines the behaviours, skills, and knowledge expected at various levels of project management.

Before the course we ask that you complete the self-assessment tool to identify your strengths and areas for improvement. This tool helps you understand which competencies are crucial for your role, informing your personal development plans.
