Risk Management Training Invitation

You are invited to attend our Risk Management training, designed to strengthen risk awareness and build confidence in managing risk across all levels of the organisation.

The training is based on best practice principles that support effective risk management across NHS Dorset, NHS Somerset, and Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICBs, with only a small number of elements tailored specifically to NHS Dorset.

Every activity we undertake or commission carries some level of risk that may impact our strategic objectives. Effective risk management helps us anticipate and reduce these risks, helping to protect our people, assets, reputation, and organisational success.
