The course focuses on equipping participants with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully deliver projects and drive transformation across the health and social care system.<\/p>\n \ud83d\uddd3 Course Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n \ud83d\udca1 About PM Lite<\/strong> The course is built around the Project Management Competency Framework<\/a><\/strong>, which outlines twelve core competencies that project professionals across Our Dorset should aim to develop. Each competency includes descriptions of the behaviours, skills and knowledge expected at different levels.<\/p>\n \ud83e\udded Before You Start<\/strong> \ud83d\udc65 Who Can Attend?<\/strong>\n
\nPM Lite is an introductory course developed by experienced professionals from across Our Dorset<\/strong>. It\u2019s designed for staff working in health and social care who are involved in delivering projects or transformation programmes.<\/p>\n
\nWe ask all participants to complete the self-assessment tool<\/a><\/strong> ahead of the course. This will help you reflect on your current strengths, identify areas for development, and tailor your learning to your role and organisation.<\/p>\n
