In the summer we kicked off the 100 Conversations project by inviting Aggie and Jocelyn from The Point of Care Foundation to come and train our prospective interviewers ahead of their first conversations with the people of Dorset.
We held two training days, and in total over over 40 staff from across the NHS, councils and the voluntary and community sector joined us in Dorchester for a day of… well… talking.
Our interviewers worked together and with Aggie and Jocelyn to develop valuable skills in how to really hear people, and to take in what they have to say. Both sessions were amazing, with interviewers’ feedback helping us to shape how the project will develop.
