Our Teams

The Inward Investment team leads the development of bid or business case writing, including financial and economic appraisals.

The Business Analysts team provides a range of business analysis support for projects and programmes across the entire change/transformation lifecycle.

Drawing from a range of industry-recognised best practice modes of project and programme management, the Delivery – Projects & Programme Support team operates on a consultancy approach.

The Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO) team’s role is to support the delivery of portfolios, programmes and projects across Dorset.
