Harry joined the Dorset Innovation Hub in April 2024 and is currently working as a Programme Manager for BCP Council. He started his career in the finance sector with HSBC followed by roles within Local Government focused on change and transformation. The majority of his background sits within the Adult Social Care and Housing areas, delivering innovative and new ways of working that can better support local residents. As BCP programme manager for Wellbeing he is currently responsible for leading a number of transformation and change programmes across Adult Social Care, Housing & Communities, Public Health, and Commissioning & Procurement.
