I am a Transformation Delivery Lead in Adult Social Care at Dorset Council. I work as part of the Dorset Council Transformation Management Office which seeks to deliver more ambitious, whole-organisation transformation.
I joined Dorset Council in January 2024 from NHS Dorset, where I worked in programme management and commissioning. With a strong background across health, local government and the voluntary sector, I specialise in managing large, complex and emergent programmes that deliver measurable improvements for people and communities. I’m passionate about co-production and engagement, ensuring stakeholders feel included and empowered. I thrive on collaboration, building connections, and being curious to create meaningful change.
