Paul is the Deputy Director of Strategy, Transformation and Partnerships at Dorset County Hospital. He is an experienced change lead. Paul has led and delivered a wide range of projects and programmes across continents and government departments, working alongside people from diverse backgrounds, professions and nationalities; in benign and hostile environments. Working together, across boundaries towards a common goal for the benefit of others is an important driver for Paul.

Paul’s career has been split between the British Army, Foreign Office and most recently the NHS. His particular skill is bringing people and resources together, building teams and generating momentum to deliver excellent outcomes. He has achieved this through success and learning from failure. Paul was awarded the MBE during his military service. The award was in part recognition of his work during the Balkans conflict. He developed an innovative solution to transform data exchange across Bosnia, Croatia, and Kosovo, directly resulting in casualty reduction and combat decision-making superiority.
