The Dorset VCSA have announced the appointment of four new members to its Governance Board, effective January 2026.
These appointments strengthen leadership and deepen collective impact across Dorset’s voluntary and community sector.
The new board members are:
- Donna Blanche, CEO of Leonardo Carer Support — bringing extensive experience in equality, diversity and inclusion, and a strong record of partnership working across charities, councils and the NHS.
- Becky Aldridge, CEO of Dorset Health Forum — offering strategic insight, operational leadership and a deep ethical commitment to the Assembly’s long-term goals.
- Emma Lee, Director of Operations at International Care Network (ICN) — whose broad VCS experience and operational expertise will support the Assembly’s continued development.
- Poppy Connell, Help & Care — bringing fresh perspective, strong values and experience working across multiple local authorities and voluntary sector governance structures.
