The Adopting Innovation programme is supporting four innovation hubs; with Dorset ICS (Our Dorset) and its partners successfully secured the top award, with the hub being hosted by University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust (UHD).
The other innovation hubs in the UK are:
- Bradford and Craven Innovation Hub This Hub will focus on ageing well, and in particular anticipatory care, enhanced health in care homes, and urgent community response – as part of efforts to address the increasing health inequalities affecting the communities in Bradford and Craven.
- Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Innovation Hub This Hub will bring together regional innovation, health and care, and academic stakeholders, to understand what drives health inequality and how implementing innovations can help.
- Manchester Innovation Hub Led by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, this Hub aims to improve health outcomes for the diverse population the Trust serves, using digital as the initial exemplar.
