NHS Dorset ICB has been selected as one of seven ICBs to participate in the Health Foundation’s Adopting Innovation Systems initiative. This is a 12-month discovery initiative focused on increasing the health and care systems understanding of the different roles ICBs, with their partner Health Innovation Networks (HINs), play in supporting the adoption and spread of health and care innovations.
Within this initiative, NHS Dorset ICB, working in partnership with Health Innovation Wessex, will be focusing on further developing the functionality of NHS Dorset’s centralised innovation service together with the strategic system partnership – aka the Dorset Innovation Hub.
The initiative was formally launch December 2024 with the Innovation Unit as the Health Foundation’s delivery partners.
