Registration is open for the fourth Wessex Innovation Forum: Bringing the System Together to Enable Patient Flow and Pathways Home.
This event will focus on one of the most pressing challenges in health and social care – discharging patients home and is an opportunity to make connections with others working in this space locally and explore the potential of innovation to support a joined-up approach to hospital discharge and community-based care.
Join the event on 5 March 2025, 12:30-13:30, to learn about innovative tools and approaches that can address these challenges, as well as the opportunity to take part in an interactive roundtable discussion, asking questions directly to innovators.
