I have been the Digital and Change Business partner for Adult Social Care for Dorset Council since September 2021 with a previous 10 years’ experience within Social Care business improvement. Beyond this I have worked for Dorset Police, RNLI and the private sector, building a strong understanding of change management.  I have a passion for understanding the skills needed to be a digital leader and feel my strengths are thinking with an open mind and considering the art of the possible, collaboration and being authentic, being me at all times.    I am thoroughly enjoying my current role in supporting Adult Social Care in their transformation journey and hope to deliver new innovative ways of working for Dorset.
