I have worked in Health and Social care since 2004 in Business Development, Project Management and Quality Improvement roles; joining Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust in 2018.

I am passionate about helping our staff and our users to develop better, more sustainable healthcare services. I believe our users and our staff should be in the centre of any improvements we make.

I find my current role as Quality Improvement Facilitator very fulfilling. In 2022 I became accredited NHSE Quality Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) Associate and I now teach different levels of QSIR training model.

Being a member Dorset Innovation Hub Core Team is great opportunity and I am looking forward to supporting our staff with their innovation ideas!
