I am a Programme Manager within Adult Social Care at Dorset Council with oversight of our Commissioning Transformation work. I started at the Council in January 2024 and came from a role at NHS Dorset where I looked after the Learning Disability and Autism Programme – delivering the NHS Long Term Plan. I have spent a lot of my career in the Public Sector and time in the voluntary sector too.
I enjoy managing large and complex programmes of work, delivering results and improved outcomes for the end user. I am passionate about co-production and engagement and ensuring people feel included and valued for their contribution to their community, their network, their work.
I get excited about new project opportunities, innovative ideas and working on how these can become a reality. I love working with colleagues, whether that’s in my own organisation or across the Integrated Care System. We are all working to many of the same goals so togetherness is key.
