With years of business relations experience within the public sector I enjoy linking workforce development needs in healthcare settings to the academic expertise at Bournemouth University. For many years my main focus was on managing and developing our extensive range continuing professional development courses in the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences.

Eighteen months ago I took up the newly created post of Health and Social Care Partnership Manager and now work across the University linking with our NHS and Social Care partners. My strengths are in fostering relationships and making connections across the many agencies within the Integrated Care System to maximise the potential for developing the workforce.
