I have been working as a Programme Manager within Adult Social Care for Dorset Council since May 2022. I lead on a range of programmes focused on transformation and change. I have previously worked in a variety of roles including children’s services, learning & development and educational consultancy in the private sector. I am a qualified teacher, having spent a decade in the classroom. I have a passion for delivering change well, working with colleagues and partners to get the best digital solutions that really make a difference to residents. My strengths include the ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly and to lead and manage teams effectively. I love working in transformation and change and seeing how innovative ways of working can improve people’s lives.
