I’m privileged to be the Innovation and Business Development Manager at AUB’s Innovation Studio.

I have 15 years of experience spanning both aerospace and marine industries internationally, with roles in design engineering, manufacturing, project management and in-service support. A defining role during my early career was leading the development of a fully electric, 2-seater carbon fibre aircraft. This gave me an awareness of how new value can be created through partnering with specialist and diverse stakeholders, and how clearly defined values and goals can ignite a passion for innovation.

Here at AUB, I’m responsible for developing and managing key relationships with the regional, national and international business community; developing new partnerships and relationships; and facilitating collaborative projects with external enterprises and the wider community. This includes the development of engagement programmes for established businesses developing research and innovation projects, pre-start-ups developing their business and upskilling CPD short courses and workshops.
