Tess joined the Dorset Innovation Hub in October 2023 and is working as a Senior Project Manager at NHS Dorset. Tess has a clinical background having worked as a nurse in A&E, District Nurse Sister in the community and Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. Latterly she has worked at the National Institute for Health & Care Research (NIHR) having previously worked in Commissioning Organisations. She is interested in leadership and change having undertaken the NHS Nye Bevan Leadership Award and currently undertaking the School for Change Agents Training.
