ARC Wessex are launching a new programme of work to build capacity and capability in Knowledge Mobilisation (KM) across Wessex in collaboration with health and care partners and have an exciting opportunity to recruit to up to four fellowships. These fellowships will provide the opportunity for individuals interested in Knowledge Mobilisation to support specific knowledge mobilisation projects while also undertaking learning and development to enable academic career advancement. Applicants are welcome from health and social care and/or applied health research backgrounds. KM is about getting the “right information” to the “right people” in the “right format” at the “right time”. It consists of activities and outputs that build awareness, disseminate findings and enable use of research.
The post holders will work on specific projects, either in Mental Health or Community Care, to support and enable knowledge mobilisation of identified research project(s) in the Wessex health and care system, working alongside project delivery and quality improvement teams. They will also undertake a programme of training in knowledge mobilisation.
