Qi Lite is a new and exciting Dorset-wide approach to give all organisations a standard introduction to quality improvement.
The training is for clinical and non-clinical staff and can be used in all areas of your business, whether you are looking at improving your office processes, clinical practice, or client engagement.
It will give you:
- Enough knowledge to understand a basic Qi approach, and undertake simple projects with small scope
- Confidence in Qi if you are part of a wider project
- An appetite to learn more
- And the opportunity to network across the system
The course runs for two hours and occurs once per month.
