Who is this event for?

This event is open to everyone in the local community, including unpaid carers who support a family member, friend or neighbour.

It’s particularly useful if you’re looking for help with your caring role, want to improve your own wellbeing, need practical or financial advice, or would like to feel more connected to your local community.

You don’t need to identify as a carer to attend.

Why come along?

When you’re caring for someone else, finding the time to look after your own needs or search for support can be difficult.

This event brings a range of local services together in one place, making it easier to ask questions, get advice and find out what help is available.

You might discover a service that makes everyday life easier, a local group you’d enjoy joining or someone who can help with a challenge you’re facing.

There’s also a café on site if you’d like to stop for a drink.

How to attend

Come along between 12pm and 2pm to meet local organisations and explore the support available.

The event is free and open to everyone.
