Description: The GP’s of Purbeck want to extend a huge thank you for the support and care you give your loved ones everyday. Join us for a day of celebration in honour of Carers Week 2024, from 1pm-4pm, where you can connect with a variety of organisations offering resources and support just for you! Hot drinks and treats available.
