If you are caring for someone and would enjoy some fresh air, gentle exercise, and good company during Carers Week, join volunteers from Dorset Health Walks and your local Dorset Council Carers Case Worker for a friendly guided walk around Shaftesbury.
This gentle community walk is suitable for a range of abilities and offers a chance to enjoy fantastic views while improving wellbeing, fitness, and social connection in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Dorset Health Walks are free guided walks led by specially trained volunteers who provide encouragement and help create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. There will also be an opportunity to find out more about joining future regular guided walks.
