This welcoming event is a chance to meet other unpaid carers, have a chat in an informal setting, and connect with local support. Carers Leads and Social Prescribers from Poole North Primary Care Network will be there alongside BCP Carer Support to offer information, guidance, and a warm welcome.
Carers of all ages are welcome to attend.
