This friendly and informal session offers a welcoming space to enjoy a chat, connect with other carers, and access information and advice about local services and support. Whether you are new to caring or have been supporting someone for many years, you will be warmly welcomed.
Hospital staff and carers support professionals will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about support available to carers.
