If you are caring for someone and would like the opportunity to meet others, enjoy a friendly chat, and find out more about support available locally, join the launch of the new ‘Tea and Talk’ carers drop-in session in Weymouth.
Hosted by the Patient Participation Group from Wyke Regis and Lanehouse Medical Practice, this new carers drop-in aims to help raise awareness of unpaid carers and share information about local services, support, and advice available across the area.
Sarah-Jo Boyle, Weymouth and Portland PCN Carers Lead, and Kay Linehan-Cross, Dorset Council Carers Case Worker, will also be there to offer information and support in a welcoming and informal setting.
