We are very keen to hear about the digital literacy of people in Dorset. This means your understanding and ability to use technology like smartphones, computers and the internet.
From time to time we may ask you about your digital literacy, in order to help us understand how able our patients are with the technology we offer, and whether they might need some help in order to use them.
If you are asked to answer some questions on this, it will come as a SMS text message from your doctor’s surgery. Responding is optional, and we will not use your answers for anything other than helping us to understand people’s digital literacy across Dorset.
