Description: The Adams Practice are passionate about supporting their carers and providing them with the information they need, to help care for their loved ones. They are running a Carers Information Event during Carers Week, on Monday 10 June 10am-2pm, at The British Legion at Upton. There will be stands of lots of different services and providers who can talk to Adams Practice carers to gain information, advice and guidance. We are also offering carers a FREE cream tea.

Details: The event is for carers of The Adams Practice only. Carers are asked to RSVP, information Adams Practice if they would like a cream team. Carers can inform the practice by replying to the invite that has been sent to all carers, or by contacting the surgery directly
