Description: Weymouth and Portland Primary Care Network are hosting an information stand at the Island Leg Club. The Leg Club Movement is a global initiative, designed to care for people suffering from or at risk of chronic leg disease within a social model of care. GP carers Lead and Carers Case Worker from Dorset Council will be available for support and to give information about local groups and services.
