Description: The Blandford Group Practice is hosting a carer support group café for anyone supporting a loved one, come join us at Blandford rugby club for tea/coffee and cake, find out what support is available locally and chat to our wellbeing team. Also feel free to pop in to the practice any time during Carers Week to chat with Karen our carers coordinator. Remember you are as important as the person you are caring for.
