Description: Carers Trust will be holding a webinar focused on identifying and supporting young carers and young adult carers who care for an adult with a mental illness. This webinar will focus on strengthening awareness, identification and support for young carers in settings such as adult mental health services. We will also cover Triangle of Care – an alliance between carers, service users and health professionals. Triangle of Care aims to promote and sustain safety, recovery and mental wellbeing by including and supporting carers
