Details: Weymouth & Portland Primary Care Network have booked to have an information table at Weymouth Library during Carers Week. The carers leads from Weymouth and Portland GP practices will be there to offer support, and information about local groups and services, also free blood pressure checks will be available. The event will support and help existing carers, but also hopes identify new unpaid carers so please do come along to discuss your caring role and see what support you can receive
Location: Weymouth Library, Great George Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8NN
Details: Drop in event, no booking required. The event is for carers who are patients registered at Weymouth and Portland surgeries: The Bridges Medical Practice; Cross Road Surgery; Weymouth Bay Medical Practice; Royal Manor Health Care; Wyke Regis and Lanehouse Medical Practice.
